Community Therapists is delighted to report that we were successful in our recent request for proposal and were re-awarded Return to Work Support Services (RTWSS) contracts in Surrey, Vancouver West and Burnaby. Additionally, our group was awarded new contracts in East Vancouver, Coquitlam, Abbotsford, Vernon, Victoria, Courtenay and Trail BC.
As part of WorkSafeBC’s RTWSS provider network, Community Therapists assists injured workers to return to their pre injury or alternate occupations using job demands analyses, ergonomic assessments and intervention, equipment, symptom management strategies, workstyle modifications, graduated return to work and a host of other strategies. By combining a collaborative approach that involves our client and their employer with evidence based intervention, clients of Community Therapists experience a safe and durable return to the workforce.
