Community Therapists is happy to announce OT, Jennifer Turnbull, is returning to Community Therapists in September 2022.
Jennifer received her Master of OT degree from UBC in 2016 following a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology in 2014. Jennifer has experience providing community home health where she completed home assessments to determine equipment and support requirements and coordinated client access to healthcare services. Additionally, she is knowledgeable in conducting Job Site Visits and creating/implementing Graduated Return To Work Plans. Jennifer provides a wide range of programs for clients with orthopedic, mental health, concussion and cognitive limitations in home, community and workplace settings. She provides Return to Work, Brain Injury, Mental Health and Home Health Rehabilitation in Tri-Cities, Surrey and Delta. Welcome Back Jennifer!
