Sue and Salim Receiving Plaque

Through the efforts of staff who have served as clinical instructors, preceptors and speakers in the Master of Occupational Therapy (MOT) Program, Community Therapists was recently recognized by the UBC Faculty of Medicine with a plaque to acknowledge and thank our practice for this contribution. Team members who have shared their time and expertise with students include Erin Potts, Laila Karmali, Denise Edwards, Sue Reil, Monita Khaira, Liz McIver and Salim Janmohamed. Sue Reil and Salim Janmohamed continue to serve as clinical instructors in the program in the areas of Driver Rehabilitation and Vocational Rehabilitation.

Quoting from the plaque, “The occupational therapists at this clinical site believe in sharing their knowledge and experience with students…We thank them for their time and dedication, and you the patient for your generosity in participating.”
