Our clinical assessments involve client and/or family interview, medical records review, standardized tests and clinical observations to better understand a client's abilities and limitations. This provides a basis for collaboratively developing goals for treatment. While we offer a number of assessments at the entry point to our various treatment programs, the following list highlights those assessments most commonly requested on a stand-alone basis.
