Community Therapists’ Privacy Policy

The scope of this Privacy Policy is limited to how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit (the “Site”).


When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”

We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

Additionally, when you subscribe to our newsletter, email alert notifications or complete a form on the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, address, employment information, client name (if applicable), email address, and phone number.  We refer to this information as “Submitted Information.”

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Submitted Information.


We use the Submitted Information that we collect generally to fulfill any request placed through the Site (including processing your request for services, providing you with invoices, notifying you about job opportunities and sending you information you have requested including newsletters and alerts). Additionally, we use this Submitted Information to:

Communicate with you;

Communicate with your client;

Communicate with the client’s funder, lawyer, doctor or other stakeholder;

Screen our referrals and requests for information; and

Provide you with information or advertising relating to our products, services or special events we host.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our Site visitors browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns). Device Information enables us to improve our Site so that we can give visitors the best possible experience.

We may also use Device Information to participate in other advertising and internet marketing efforts such as Retargeting. We use retargeting cookies so that we may serve advertising to you after you have left our site.

Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

When you place Submitted Information through the Site, we will maintain the Submitted Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.


The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 19.


We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
